End User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using ZenoNote ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

• Download and install the App on your personal devices

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

You retain all rights to your content. By using the App, you grant ZenoNote a license to:

• Store and process your content
• Use AI to analyze and improve your experience
• Backup your content
• Share content only when explicitly requested by you

5. Updates and Changes

ZenoNote may:

• Update the App from time to time
• Modify or discontinue features
• Change the terms of this EULA

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all fees in accordance with your subscription plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to the platform's refund policy

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZenoNote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

The App may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
